Applications

The application process occurs annually. Students interested in becoming a Pharm Sci Student Mentor or Board Member may apply until week 5 of the Spring Quarter. Board Interns will be recruited in the Fall.

The application for incoming mentees is officially OPEN. Please submit the mentor-mentee pairing survey by September 4, 11:59 PM.
